1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment) We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at [support@glithe.com] within 24 hours of placing it.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the items using our Free Return policy below.
2. Free Returns & EU Right of Withdrawal We want you to shop with absolute confidence. That’s why we are proud to offer completely free returns on all eligible orders.
In compliance with European Union consumer protection laws and our global commitment to customer satisfaction, you have the right to return your items for any reason within 14 days of receiving your complete order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items To ensure hygiene and protect our manufacturing process, certain types of items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun:

Custom or Personalized Orders: Any items made to your specific measurements, custom-designed pieces, or personalized goods cannot be cancelled after the initial 24-hour window and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Intimate items (such as certain types of activewear bottoms or underwear) where the hygiene seal has been broken.
4. How to Initiate a Free Return We have made our return process completely hassle-free. You will not pay any return shipping fees, even if you simply changed your mind.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label, along with clear instructions on how and where to drop off your package.

Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving our pre-paid label will not be accepted.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you immediately. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
